Joseph M. Moore

Joseph Moore founded More2Lend Financial in 2001. He has successfully built a consumer direct lending platform specializing in (FHA) government lending. His strengths lie in strategic planning and implementation. Throughout his varied career, Mr. Moore has managed in both a sales and operations capacity. He is keenly adept at assessing secondary marketing risk and making calculated decisions based upon overall loss potential. Mr. Moore is a graduate of California State University-Long Beach with a degree in Economics.

Prior to opening More2Lend Financial, Mr. Moore was Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Loans Direct in Huntington Beach. As an executive, Mr. Moore was responsible for as many as ten sales mangers and approximately 70 loan consultants. During his seven years with Loans Direct, Mr. Moore was also directly responsible for all consumer direct marketing and he helped facilitate company growth from approximately 15 to over 300 employees at the end of the year 2000. In January of 2001, the company was successfully sold to E-Trade Financial.

Mr. Moore has been married to his wife Kathleen for 11 years and they have two children. Reagan is 10 years old in 4th grade and Brenden is 7 years old, in 2nd grade. Joe and Kathleen are both are very active in the community and have lived in Huntington Beach for the past 15 years.

Mr. Moore plans to leverage his years of lending experience by working directly with borrowers to offer (FHA) government lending solutions for both existing homeowners and new prospective homebuyers.
