FHA Purchase loans now available to a 580 FICO ScoreBy Joseph M. Moore, Mountain West FinancialOctober 26, 2011 Mountain West Financial is now offering FHA financing t580 (FICO). These relaxed credit score requirements for FHA purchase loans to allow borrowers to qualify for financing with credit scores below the normal minimum of 640. This program still requires a 3.50% down payment but gift funds are still allowed from a family member. *We also offer a 21 day closing guarantee on all home purchase loans
